Shipping:

What are your shipping charges?

Our standard shipping rate for orders placed within the UK and Northern Ireland is £2.50. All orders over £35.00 qualify for free standard shipping. You will have the option to choose Express delivery if you require items delivered within one working day. The various shipping options can be found upon check out. Please see Deliveries for further details and postage costs.

All orders will be dispatched via the Royal Mail. We delivery to every part of the UK, and there will not be any additional shipping charges for the more secluded areas. The same rate is applied across the country. 

Do you ship internationally?

No part of the world is unreachable, and all international orders will be shipped tracked or signed. Delivery dates my vary country to country, and once your order is placed we will contact you via email to give a more accurate delivery date depending on what part of the world your ordering from. Please see Deliveries for international shipping costs.

When can I expect my order?

After your order is placed it will be dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays) You will receive a shipping confirmation email, and standard delivery will reach you within 2 - 4 days. Express delivery will be one working day after you receive the shipping confirmation.

I entered the wrong delivery address!

Not to worry, these things happen. Just send us a quick email with the correct address before the shipping confirmation is sent and we’ll get that changed for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, just send us a quick email to request cancellation. This can be done up until the point of dispatched.

How to I measure my dog?

For more technical products where you will need to take your dog measurements there is a “SIZE GUIDE” in blue at the top of the product descriptions. Just select the size guide and you will be redirected to the correct measurement chart and diagrams for the item you are interested in.

Please note: leads and toy’s show dimensions and sizes at the top of the product description, and you do not have to select a size guide for these.

I’m still unsure of what size is best!

Comparing your dogs measurements against the size charts can be confusion, as many of the sizes the measurements do overlap. Just drop us an email with the measurements that correspond with the chart, i.e neck and/or chest circumferance, and let us know if your dog is an adult or still growing. This way we will be able to help you select the right size that will be a secure and comfortably fit your dog, and if needed room to adjust upwards for younger dogs and puppies.

What if the product/size I want is out of stock?

We normally receive deliveries weekly, and unless there is a supply issue with the product this should not remain out of stock for more than a few days. If after a week the product is still out of stock just send us an email and we can let you know an estimated availability date.

How can I return/exchange my item.

We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. For more information on how to go about this please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Are my payments and personal details secure when shopping with Canine Venture?

Our website is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption to ensure all details are secure upon checkout.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all major credit cards including American Express. There is also the option to pay with Paypal for a faster checkout.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code this can be redeemed at checkout. After you have entered your delivery information just selected “continue to payment method” and enter your code in the “discount” box, which will then be deducted off the total.
