Returns & Exchanges

We hope both you and your canine companion love your new product, but in the event you need to return an item we will happily accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Products must be returned in an "as new" and resalable condition free from hair and dirt, generally no signs of outdoor use. We advise you try the product on your dog indoors first. Please email us to receive a returns label, which will need to be included in the returned package to help us arrange the requested refund or exchange.

Products that need to be returned due to incorrect sizing, or if the product did not suit your dog then postage charges will be handled by the customer.

All products are checked prior to dispatch, but in the event you find a product is faulty a free postage label will be email to you. Any faults with the products need to be brought to our attention within five working days, so please ensure you check the item upon delivery.
